We are happy to have you come and continue to build on the partnership with the IMB and a local church partner that was started two years ago. You will be supporting the church in local outreach activities and events. Your team will also have the opportunity to join in prayer walking and evangelism in searching for persons of peace in different parts of Cologne. When God introduces you to a person of peace we will want you to provide immediate follow-up, and we will help you with hand-offs of seekers and new believers to local disciple makers. We will provide on the field training for engaging the lost and how to start with immediate follow-up. With the stark amount of lostness and so few authentic Christians and fewer who witness, the chance that the lost here will receive a loving Gospel witness are slim to none. Local workers need encouragement and the lost need to hear.
